CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment Terms
The Client is required to pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, by bank transfer, according to the instructions that will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within the free cancellation period: If the Client cancels the booking at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, only the deposit already paid will be forfeited. No further amount will be charged.
Cancellation beyond the free cancellation period: If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date:
- The Client shall be liable to pay the full cost of the booking.
- The deposit already paid will be deducted from the remaining balance due.
Payment of the Balance
In the event of cancellation beyond the free cancellation period:
- The Client is obliged to pay the remaining balance as specified under point 3 (Payment Terms).
- The Owner reserves the right to charge the outstanding amount using the payment details provided at the time of booking (e.g., credit card or bank transfer).
- If the payment details do not allow for an automatic charge and the Client fails to pay the outstanding balance, the Owner reserves the right to take any necessary legal and extrajudicial action to recover the debt, with the Client being charged for any related expenses and legal fees.
PRIVACY POLICY
processing of personal data
We use your personal data to complete and manage your online booking. In particular:
to acquire and confirm your booking of accommodation services and ancillary services and to provide the requested services. Since these are treatments necessary for the definition of the contractual agreement and its subsequent implementation, consent is not required. In the event of refusal, we will not be able to confirm the booking or provide the requested services. The processing will cease upon your departure;
to fulfill the obligation set forth in the “Consolidated Law on Public Safety” (Article 109 of Royal Decree 18.6.1931 n. 773) which requires us to communicate to the Police Headquarters, for public safety purposes, the personal details of the clients accommodated according to the methods established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree 7 January 2013). The provision of data is mandatory and does not require consent; in the event of refusal we will not be able to host you;
to comply with current administrative, accounting and tax obligations. For these purposes, processing is carried out without the need to acquire consent. The data is processed by us and our representatives, communicated externally only in compliance with legal obligations. The data is stored for the time required by the respective regulations (10 years, and even longer in the case of tax audits);
to carry out the function of receiving messages and telephone calls addressed to you during your stay. For this purpose, consent is required. You may revoke your consent at any time. In any case, the processing will cease upon your departure;
to send you our promotional messages and updates on rates and offers. For this purpose, after obtaining your consent, your data will be stored for a maximum period of 10 years and will not be disclosed to third parties. You may revoke your consent at any time;
customer support: We use your personal data to provide you with customer support
reviews: We may use your contact information to email you to invite you to leave a review after your stay. This can help other travellers choose the perfect place to stay. If you submit a review, it may be published on our site;
communications: there may be other occasions when we will contact you by email, post, telephone or text message, depending on the contact details you have provided. We may contact you to respond to or manage an enquiry/booking you have submitted;
legal and compliance purposes: In certain cases, we may use the information you provide (including personal data) to manage and resolve legal disputes or controversies, for government investigations and compliance purposes, or to enforce contracts or comply with law enforcement requests.
